We will ship your item to you as quickly as possible, please note there are delays due to COVID-19, which has impacted the speed of delivery of Australia Post.

All orders are shipped within 2 - 5 business days, you will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched; or if there is any delay to you order.


All orders are require a Signature on Delivery, all tracking information will be emailed to you, please check your Junk Mail if you have not received any notification.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Free Shipping – Regular Registered Post 

Signature on delivery is required on all orders for security purposes.

Delivery is 2 - 5 business days from date of shipment

 

Express Registered Post - $25.00AUD

Signature on delivery is required on all orders for security purposes.

Delivery is 1 - 3 business days from date of shipment

 

Urgent Deliveries

Urgent delivery requires 2 -5 business days before dispatch and must adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Select Express Registered Post at checkout.
  2. Email info@etal-australia.com with your order number and the date you require your garment, we will do our best to get it to you on time.

 

FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – We Ship World Wide

You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched.  All orders are sent Registered and require a signature on delivery for security purposes. International orders may be subject to delays due to Customs.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY FEES

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to Customs and import duty in the destination country.  Et Al is not responsible for shipping delay caused by customs. International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, foreign taxes and any other applicable charges and fees in the country they are shipping to. Please note that we are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise and mark it as dutiable.  

 

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

Et Al is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, Et Al recommends Registered Post (Signature on Delivery) for all orders for security reasons. Tracking is provided for all parcels, if you think your item has been lost or stolen please contact us at info@etal-australia.com and your local post office and provide your tracking number.
