Exchanges and Returns


If you need to return items to Et Al Australia, please ensure you follow the instructions below:

Et Al Australia offers a 10 day return/exchange period, meaning you have 10 days to try on and decide if the garment/s are suitable for you. By the 10th day they must be in the mail on their way back to us.

All deliveries come with a returns/exchange form and a duplicate of your original receipt. Please fill this out and state whether you are Exchanging or if you are Returning the item for a refund.

Send both the Exchange and Returns form as well as your duplicate receipt with the items to:

Items must be received in the original condition and must not have been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned or altered. Returned items must still have swing tags attached. All garments must be returned to Et Al Australia in its original packaging and at the expense of the purchaser.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

Et Al is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, Et Al recommends Registered Post (Signature on Delivery) for all orders for security reasons. Tracking is provided for all parcels, if you think your item has been lost or stolen please contact us at info@etal-australia.com and your local post office and provide your tracking number.
