Tickets are only $75 per person, which is redeemable on fragrances purchased on the night.
Upon arrival, you will also be served champagne by De Saint Gall, one of the only Cooperative de manipulation Champagne brands in Australia.
Continuing shifting consumer trend toward 'grower' Champagnes, a cooperative de maninpulation (CM) refers to when a number of growers band together and market their own brand label instead of selling their grapes to the large Champagne brands you would be familiar with.
Earlier this year their two flagship wines largely sold out and only a small remainder of stock remains in the entire country. Kim Woulffe will share a number of these rare and exclusive bottles from her private collection during the night including a Rose and an Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc
