Exchanges and Returns
Et Al Australia offers a 10 day return/exchange period (for online only, excludes retail stores), meaning you have 10 days to try on and decide if the garment/s are suitable for you. By the 10th day of receiving goods, they must be in the mail on their way back to us.
If you need to return items to Et Al Australia please ensure you follow the instructions below:
Please fill out the Exchange/Return Form included in your order and state whether you are Exchanging size/colour or Returning for a refund.
If you are exchanging for another size or colour, please email us at email@example.com and let us know which size/colour you will need so we can place this on hold for you.

By exchanging/returning any item/s, I agree to the following:
- Items must be received in the original condition and must not have been worn, damaged, washed or dry cleaned or altered.
- Returned items must still have swing tags attached.
- All garments must be returned to Et Al Australia in its original packaging and at the expense of the purchaser.
- Fragrances come with a sample bottle for you to try before you commit. We cannot accept returned fragrances if the plastic packaging has been removed or damaged in anyway.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Et Al is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, Et Al recommends Registered Post (Signature on Delivery) for all orders for security reasons. Tracking is provided for all parcels, if you think your item has been lost or stolen please contact us at email@example.com and your local post office and provide your tracking number.
