Les and Nicholas
Les Doughty is the founding Director of Et Al. Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, Les still continues to be incredibly passionate about the fashion industry. As the brand continues to expand, his love of the rag-trade is exceptionally inspiring for his team. Nicholas is their youngest son who is only 15 years old but has been brought up around the family business since he was a baby. Nicholas, like his father, is confident in his style, always looking for an occasion to put on his best outfit. Like father like son.
